Terms of service
Services
Aarav Sheth ("I", "me") offers consulting and digital-build services as described on this site: AI images, AI videos, AI agents, website UIs, reservation systems, and prototypes & MVPs. The exact scope, price, and timeline for each engagement is defined in a written proposal sent after a consultation call.
Consultations
The first consultation (up to 30 minutes) is free of charge. Subsequent consultations are charged at ₹2,500 per 30-minute session. A consultation does not constitute a commitment by either party to proceed with a project.
Project payments
Project fees are structured as: 30% deposit on agreement, 30% at the midpoint milestone, and 40% on delivery and handover. Work does not commence until the deposit is received. Completed milestones are non-refundable. Prices are exclusive of GST and any applicable taxes; a tax invoice is issued where applicable.
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST. GST is not currently applicable to these services and is therefore not charged; should it become applicable, it will be added to invoices at the prevailing rate and shown separately.
Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel an engagement at any time in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date — including any completed milestone — is non-refundable, as it has already been delivered. Any deposit covering work not yet started is refundable. The optional retainer has no lock-in and can be cancelled any time; "cancel any time" refers to that retainer and does not refund completed milestones. The paid ₹2,500 consultation is non-refundable once the session has been held.
Intellectual property
On receipt of final payment, the client owns the deliverables described in the proposal. I retain the right to reference the project in my portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Limitation of liability
Results shown on this site (where applicable) reflect individual outcomes and are not guaranteed. AI-generated content (images, videos, agents) is provided as-is. I am not liable for business outcomes resulting from use of deliverables.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the fees you actually paid for that engagement. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, or data.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to deliver the engagement.
Scope changes
The scope is fixed in the written proposal. Requests beyond it are quoted separately before any additional work begins; they do not change the agreed price or timeline unless both parties agree in writing.
Revisions
Each deliverable that includes revisions comes with two rounds, included in the agreed price. A deliverable "misses the brief" when it does not match the specifications, references, or requirements set out in writing in the proposal — not where a request reflects a change of mind or falls outside that agreed scope. If the first round misses the brief in this sense, the remedy is a further revision round at no additional cost; this guarantee does not entitle you to a refund. Requests beyond the agreed scope are handled under "Scope changes" above.
Client materials
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any product photos, brand assets, copy, or data you provide, and that they do not infringe a third party's rights. AI-generated outputs are delivered as-is; you are responsible for final review before public use.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (outages, third-party service failures, illness, or acts of government). Affected timelines extend by the duration of the event.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any engagement.
Arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to and finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration is Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, the arbitration will be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator, and the arbitrator's award is final and binding on both parties.
