I'm Aarav. AI builder.
Mumbai-based. I build AI systems for Indian businesses: images, videos, agents, websites, and booking tools. Took my first IIT online certificate in Python & ML, ran operations inside a D2C brand for a year, placed Top 3 of 150at my university business competition, and have been building AI-first products for 2 years. Today I'm shipping Klyft, a Shopify ops layer for D2C brands, alongside consulting clients.
The journey.
From D2C ops to AI builds. Here's how I got to where I am now.
Operations, in the deep end.
Ran operations for a small skincare brand for a year. Learned where rupees actually leak. Aggregators, returns, WhatsApp chaos, retention cliffs. Theory became useless fast.
IIT Python & ML.
Completed a 3-month IIT online certificate in Python and Machine Learning. First structured exposure to how AI models actually work under the hood. Built on top of that immediately.
Top 3 at the business competition.
Placed Top 3 out of 150 teams at my university business competition. Built and pitched a product under pressure. Learned that a clear problem statement beats a polished deck every time.
Switched to shipping AI builds.
Started offering fixed-price sprints. AI systems for specific problems. Every client taught me which automations actually move the needle and which ones just look impressive in a demo.
Building Klyft. Taking clients.
Building Klyft. A Shopify ops layer for D2C brands, in final testing. Taking AI consulting clients in parallel. Two years deep in agents, automation, and what actually sticks.
What I'm doing today.
Taking consulting clients in parallel with Klyft. One person, fixed-price sprints, scope locked before code.
Principles I ship by.
Not a methodology. Just what I've found to be true after two years of building.
I didn't start with Klyft.
It started on the operations side of a D2C brand, and turned into a product the hard way.
A year in D2C ops.
Ran operations inside a D2C brand for a year. Watched real rupees leak through fulfilment, returns, and WhatsApp chaos that no dashboard was catching.
Built the ERP.
Built a full ERP for a D2C clothing brand: sales, inventory, fulfilment, CRM, and finance in one place. Then pushed it into enterprise and stripped-down lean variants.
The lean cut became Klyft.
The lean variant proved what the market actually needs. That core became Klyft: a Shopify ops layer aimed squarely at the biggest leak, fulfilment and returns.
Selected builds.
