Complete ERP system built for a D2C clothing brand: sales, inventory, fulfilment, CRM, marketing, and finance. All in one dashboard.
The problem
A growing D2C clothing brand runs on a pile of disconnected tools and spreadsheets. Sales live in one place, inventory in another, fulfilment in a courier portal, finance in a sheet someone updates by hand. Nothing talks to anything, so the founder spends their day being the integration layer. The brand I was helping with ops needed all of it visible in one place.
What I built
A complete ERP covering sales, inventory, fulfilment, CRM, marketing, and finance, in a single dashboard for the brand. The goal was one source of truth instead of six tabs. It was deliberately broad, an attempt to model the entire business at once.
How it works
Built in Next.js, with AI woven into the parts where it earns its place rather than as a gimmick. Each module, sales, inventory, fulfilment, CRM, marketing, finance, feeds into the same dashboard so the data is shared instead of siloed.
Outcome
Live, and the client used it. The lasting lesson came after. The full ERP turned out to be more than the brand actually needed, and that pushed me toward the leaner variants and, eventually, Klyft. As a v1 it did its job, both as a working system and as the thing that taught me what to cut.
